My first time coming here, and I was completely satisfied with the service! They were very welcoming, I was greeted with a smile and immediately assisted. I made an appointment and was immediately placed into the hands of the nail tech I selected based on her reviews I read about her. Hana was sweet natured and professional. Hana was very focused and hit the nail on the head with making sure I was comfortable and pleased with each part of the process. Loved that she was patient with me for not understanding some of our conversation, she handled it very well, as I know sometimes the customer's can be difficult, but she was so sweet and did an amazing job being professional. As for my nails, I am super pleased with the excellent job Hana did with my nails! I would definitely recommend that Hana hands down! The shop was beautiful, I felt so comfortable and relaxed, I was given something to drink and was so appreciative, because I was thirsty lol. I will definitely come back, Hana has a permanent customer now. Thank you Hana.
