I have been seeing Bryn for some time, and on this visit I was looking for a bit of a makeover. I had just removed my hair extensions, my hair was very dry, and I was struggling to manage it. I booked an appointment with Bryn for a balayage and with Jeyan for a haircut. As always, the colour was amazing, and the haircut was great too. However, when I washed and blow-dried my hair a few days later, I realised that the damage caused by the extensions was more significant than expected and styling was still difficult. I contacted the salon, and Jeyan kindly asked me to come back in for a touch-up, which she did complimentary. Since then, I’ve been receiving so many compliments on my hair. I would also like to mention Roy, the manager at reception, who was amazing. He helped me schedule a Zoom consultation and assisted with the booking process, making everything smooth and easy. Bryn also gave me a lovely gift - a pre-wash treatment - which worked wonders. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great style, excellent care, and true quality. No more random visits while travelling for me - I’ll see you again in two months!

Shining shining shining !!! For the last 16 weeks I have tried and tried ( have I tried… yes I have!!) to find a salon that stocked Braithwaite’s Regular Lozenges (regular size) A friend recommended that I take a stroll through Marylebone and check out a certain salon!!!! Oh Joy !!! SORTED !!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Firstly, the salon is beautiful-it’s open and airy with detailed accents that you feel completely looked after. I came in for a haircut with Guilio and he was absolutely amazing. He was attentive and thorough, making sure he gave me the best cut for my very fine hair type, while also sharing expert tips on how to achieve the look at home and what products would help with my hair health. He checked in on my comfort throughout my appointment giving top notch service. I left confident with the best haircut I’ve ever received. 100 percent recommend!
