I had an amazing experience with Michelle! She completely transformed my hair from blonde highlights to a stunning copper French Bob. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and informed. She took the time to explain every step of the process and the reasons behind each decision. I really appreciated how she understood the exact tone I was aiming for by showing her a few pictures, and the final colour turned out perfect! On top of that, I asked for styling tips, and she was more than happy to show me how to create a subtle wave and which products to use in the right order. I visited Sheen Hair Salon for the first time recently and was very impressed. I had an initial consultation with Georgia where we discussed what I wanted to have done and what was practical for my hair. It was the most thorough chat I've had with a hair dresser and she actually gave me advice regarding what tones would suit my skin etc, and even took a few strands of my hair to do an integrity test. I was very impressed from the start. On the day I had my hair done they were very welcoming and Georgia was really friendly. She did a great job with my hair and I left feeling really pleased I had chosen to try them. I would definitely book in again with Georgia and highly recommend them as a salon. The fact that they use products that are as natural as possible was the reason I went there, but now I know they are also a very friendly salon and actually do my hair very well will keep me going back.
