I had a great experience at Midtown Nails with the nail tech Halina yesterday. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and collaborated with me on my nail art ahead of Valentine’s Day and several other upcoming events on my calendar. She let me sample a couple different polishes to help me feel confident my selection would work well with my plans/outfits, and did not rush me but kept on schedule. This was important to me as I had another appointment to make after my manicure appointment, so I communicated we could not lose track of time and she was on top of it. She was skilled and efficient with the old gel removal, SNS fill, nail shaping, and painting as well. She is clearly passionate about her work and has a desire to develop positive long-term relationships with her clients, for which I am grateful. Every woman deserves a nail tech she can rely on, especially given how much of an investment this beauty maintenance can be at times! For the record, Midtown Nails has been my primary nail salon since moving to Atlanta 2 years ago, as it was my sister’s recommended spot due to their time efficiency and because they’re usually able to accommodate walk-ins with little to no wait. But to be totally honest, my past experience has been a little hit or miss depending on the nail tech I’ve worked with. My prior favorite nail tech no longer works here, and though my last few manicures were cute and satisfied my needs overall, it took a lot of feedback, fine-tuning, or return visits to produce results I was happy with and that were durable/long-lasting. I did not have an ideal experience with the nail techs assigned to me in recent months to the extent that I wanted to work with them again, given the energy I personally had to put forth to get the quality of service or results I desired. My feedback often did not feel well-regarded nor respected, which was frustrating given I am the client and should feel both heard and understood when it comes to my needs and expectations with the service I’m paying for. I was starting to consider whether it might be worth taking my business elsewhere. My experience with Halina yesterday was a game changer and renewed my confidence in the salon overall. Time will tell how long the manicure lasts but so far so good! I was thrilled with the results and truly look forward to my next appointment with her.

I've been coming here for 3 years to get my nails done and I love them every single time. I go to Halina and she always does such a good job on my nails. Beautiful designs! Very efficient and they last up to 3 weeks! The customer service is always great and all the nail techs are so nice and accommodating!

I’ve been coming here for a little over ten years, and the service has always been consistent and excellent. The management team is amazing, and I always leave happy with my nails. I want to give a special shout-out to Halina. During a very difficult time when my sister was in hospice and approaching the end of her life, Halina showed incredible kindness and compassion. She took the time to gently remove my sister’s old acrylic and gave her a manicure and pedicure with such care and respect. Her empathy meant more to our family than she probably realizes. This isn’t just a nail salon. It’s a place where people genuinely care. Highly recommend.
