The experience I had at the salon was beyond my expectation! From the salon interior, to friendly staff, to massage chair during hair washing, complementary drinks & hand massage, and of course the beautiful haircut! Gilly was very attentive to details, communicative, and highly skilled; listened to what I wanted and also added their own creativity, and I loved how the haircut turned out! The staff at Mien were also so warm and welcoming and friendly and provided exceptional service since I stepped in. I felt very relaxed. The space, the service, nice people were just what I needed for a self-care day. Couldn't recommend Mien enough!

Mien Salon isn’t that great… IT’S AMAZING. Such a beautiful atmosphere, I live 50 minutes away from this salon, and I had seen Mien on TikTok, and i just thought… “I have to go here” and no regrets, amazing team, made me feel so welcome, also. The beautiful lady who cut my hair, Emily, was such a wonderful soul, she sat with me and we spoke more on my hair, how I wanted it, and discussed my hair texture so she could get a better understanding of my hair. Emily was very sincere and you could genuinely tell she wanted a better understanding of my hair type, very professional, and concentrated a lot and knew exactly what she was doing!! Such a positive girl, I felt like a Victoria secret angel stepping out of the salon I really recommend her, she’s a superstar, she made my week, thank you. 🌹🌹

We came here for a couple's retreat package on Valentine's Day. It was absolutely amazing. The staff were fantastic. So helpful, pleasant, and happy. The vibe of the premises was so relaxing and calm. The spa bath set the tone for a decadent and soothing massage experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you, everyone, at Mien. You all made us feel so welcome and special.
