Today I had my first facial it was the BB treatment. Mrs. Kim did AMAZING! She asked me questions about my facial care routine, if I have any problem areas. Each time she used something different , she checked and made sure I was comfortable and told me to tell her if something hurt. Which nothing did, it was very much relaxing. The products she used smell delicious and being as I have a sensitive face, the items didn't bother me at all. I will be getting a facial in the future and pay more attention to my skin care. My girls also got their a pedi and their nails done. And Ms. Jasmine and Alena did such a great job with them. It was their first time getting their nails done also. This establishment is very professional and family friendly. I just love it, everyone is always in such good spirits. I couldn't ask for a better place to get pampered. AND don't get me started on the owners, they're phenomenal and they have a great business!!! Go check them out, you won't be disappointed at all.

TRUST ALL THE GREAT REVIEWS - BEST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE EVER. This place came with the most rave reviews on Nextdoor, almost a dozen people recommended Milana Nail Bar. I am glad I listened because they exceeded my expectations. Best pedicure and French tip I’ve EVER had. I’ve been to almost every nail bar in the Cypress area and I can promise you hands down this one is the best. The services are very affordable compared to anyone else. My tips were so precise and perfect, Ive never had tips this symmetrical and straight. The service wasn’t rushed despite me catching them at closing, they took time to really clean up my cuticles and scrub and rub my feet even though I kept them past closing time. They also took the time to remove and completely redo my entire polish to make sure the color was right, two different people worked on it, they wanted it absolutely perfect, and boy did they deliver on that! They didn’t want to accept my tip when I tried to give them one ( I eventually insisted they take it because the service was 5 star). The front desk customer service was also phenomenal, no pressure to get extra services, extremely friendly, relaxed environment and there is no language barrier with the manager, she is English speaking, whereas I’ve had a really hard time understanding other nail salon managers. Cannot recommend this place enough! ❤️❤️❤️

We set an appointment for just over an hour from when we called and were seen a bit early. We haven't been to get our nails done in quite a while, so we wanted to make sure they did what we were looking for before going. The ladies were all very nice. My daughter's nails were done in about half an hour and look great. Mine took a bit longer because they are longer and I had the Rudolph done as well. My tech was amazing and super sweet. The price was not much more than I was paying 5+ years ago, and that was with the extra that I'd guess Rudolph added. We will definitely be going back if we decide to keep getting our nails done. Well, it would seem Google does not want me to give another review, so I'll just add to this one 😉 We have decided to keep getting them done, only once elsewhere (we won't be going back and only went because it was a Sunday), and yes, this is now our place to go. They always manage to fit us in and do a great job. Lol and even though I've been here less than half a dozen times, I'm greeted by name as soon as I walk in. You could assume that is because there are names in the appointment book, but that is always under my daughter's name. We both got designs this time. My daughter liked the one on her tech's nails and I let Miss Kim choose the design and colors for mine. She also realized that I'd broken one of mine and did a thin overlay of acrylic on it to protect it while it grows out a bit. First time I've had acrylic on my nails in over 20 years. I am also adding the other pictures I kept forgetting to add :) Nicole did awesome with our sunflowers for the wedding!! 4/6/24 First picture is how well the wedding nails held up after 3 weeks, the rest are today's nails. I love Ms Nicole!!! I love the results when I have design ideas, but I absolutely adore the results when I let the creative ladies up here do what they do. I didn't do a wonderful job on capturing the detail in the flowers today lol good thing photography is not my job :) 4/27/24 Nicole is still amazing and I love letting her play

my first time coming here & i loved how Lisa did my nails. she always does my moms & grandmas nails and they both tell me good reviews of this place and of Lisa. my mom tells me her nails last and stay looking pretty! thanks Lisa, love your patience and your attention to detail! will for sure come back to get my services with you (:
