This was my 1st time visiting. Thr ambiance set the mood for a wonderful vsit. Everythimg was clean andnsmelled fantastic. I was sooooo impressed ANd, Everyone was so nice and amazing!. Dana was my nail tech (I'm sorry if I have the title wrong), she was AMAZING! She came in with her furry baby, whom I immediately fell in love with. The had alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The nail color and selection was overwhelming in a great way. They literally have whatevery you are looking for. I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. Dana didnt an excellent job. I really like her as she explained everythign step by step and asked if i had any allergies. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Until next time!

Serenity did an amazing job on my full set. I got Bubble Bath with chrome on top and it’s the cutest! She was very quick and made great conversation. Danny did my French tip pedicure (not pictured) and was extremely thorough as well. The cookies and wine were the cherry on top🤍

Tracy is so sweet and such an artist! She was so focused and charming, the time flew by! I came with a loose idea of what I wanted and I’m so happy with how my full set came out. This spa is elegant and such a relaxing place to spend time in. Loved the detox lemonade the staff brought me as well.

I have been coming here for a long time. It took me a bit to find my *perfect* nail tech. Her name is Tracy. She is always attentive, down to the smallest details of my nails. She takes her time and listens to my concerns. I am VERY particular about my nails. I want the actual nail to look straight, the polish to be flawless and the design needs to look exactly like I've specified. I'm also particular about the colors. I want them to match the design I've picked online, or the outfit I have in a picture, etc. Tracy is amazing at picking colors, she always brings me multiple choices and shade to match the photo I have chosen but I always end up going to with her selection. That woman has an eye for color combos! She understands my needs and makes sure she executes exactly what I want. If something is not up to my standards she wipes it off and starts again. I never feel rushed by her or pressured to just hurry up and pick something, or to settle for less than what I consider perfect. She had done my nails 5 or 6 times now and I have never been disappointed. Today was the absolute icing on the cake! I asked for watermelon nails, brought in a photo and BAM! She threw down! I think these are by far my favorite set she has done for me, they're definitely in my top five favorite nails EVER. I have been getting my nails done for 6 years now and just recently switched from acrylic to gel X (definitely recommend gel X above acrylic) Bur is my pedicurists, she gives the best massage I've ever had in a nail studio. She takes her time with my cuticles, my exfoliation, and making sure the shape is just as I like it. She also does a STELLAR job on my polish. She does a fabulous French tip on my toes, which is hard as I have tiny toe nails. I'm pretty sure they're only there on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so be sure to plan ahead of you choose to book with them!

This was not my first time coming to Milano nails because they always do an excellent job. But this was my first time having Dana as my nail tech. She was extremely patient and helped me pick out a color that matched my Halloween dress perfectly. Anything that I didn't like about my nails which was only one thing about the shape she immediately fixed. She took her time and made sure they looked perfect and that the shape was exactly what I wanted. Dana is extremely kind, polite, and attentive to my needs. She is an absolute all star ⭐. If I could give ten stars I would. I have been getting my nails done for over 5 years and I can honestly say that this is one of the best salons I have ever been to. I highly recommend Miss Dana. Henry did my toes and they look fabulous as well. Extra points for the lovely massage and the hot stones! My husband also got a lovely pedicure that he very much enjoyed. Thank you Milano and thank you Ms. Dana!!!! ✨ ⭐ ✨
