Visiting from out of town. I was looking to get my eyebrows threaded for my birthday. I read the reviews decided to give it a try. I like that they do walk-ins since Im not a regular. That didn't matter. Upon arrival I entered it was busy it was a Saturday, there in was a line of women waiting however you sign in that way they know who came before whom. I signed in told would be 20 mins they would text you. The info is requested at sign in. I went to ladies room returned had only waited about 10 mins. I ended up getting an Indian lady didn't catch her name. I showed her a picture of how I had my eyebrows done before they way I like. She took note then looked at my current situation. She did show concern interest in giving the precise natural of your brow lines. She was professional, kind, understanding, explained with a mirror what she gonna do before actually doing it. Verify you agree and have an understanding. I was so impressed with how clean, nice they came out she really didn't have to take out much. She complimented me about my natural brow lines. I'm glad I went. I would recommend and return again. Thanks
