Customer Reviews for Mirror Mirror Spa

Amala AK — 5/5 (via Google)

Got partial highlights here and I’m really happy with how they turned out. I asked for something natural and the stylist really listened. The salon seemed popular—lots of clients coming in—and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Overall, a great experience!

Leanna Woods — 5/5 (via Google)

just want to come on here and say, i personally respect the hell out of the owner for responding the way she does. it shows whos never worked in any customer service role to understand what its like. obviously we dont know which or how much of the negative reviews are real or not, but coming from this industry.. you truly do not understand how much people truly take one minor inconvenience and RUN with it, twist it, or are truly just so incredibly terrible to the staff to receive the treatment they do. yes it is a business, and yes they are meant to be professional, but at the end of the day.. they are still HUMANS. treat people with respect and kindness- not like a robot thats unable to make mistakes. most issues or misunderstandings can be dealt with in the spa, you dont need to leave and be a keyboard gangster with these reviews. and for those leaving bad reviews saying "i read the reviews and from the owners responses, i wont be attending" DONT LEAVE A REVIEW IF YOU HAVENT BEEN THERE FOR A SERVICE TO EXPERIENCE IT YOURSELF? literally laughing out loud. also keep in mind how many customers they truly get, most times.. 95% of customers may not leave their review with a positive experience because not everyone bothers with reviews. its only when people with a bad experience or misunderstanding, they leave a review so dont always trust online ratings. theyre not a complete reflection of the establishment. to the ladies at this spa, youre doing amazing. thank you for being in the business to give the experience of relaxing and making woman feel pretty and good about themselves. sometimes you just cant fix whats on the inside haha. love yall

Wanted to share how amazing the facials were here. It was my partner and I's first time, and we were left relaxed with glowing skin. Both ladies were gentle and professional. The room was clean with a peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
