I went to Dom for a haircut, perm, hydration treatment, and styling and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I have naturally straight black hair and asked for a soft perm, nothing too tight or overly styled. Dom nailed it. The curls came out exactly how I pictured them: soft, wavy, and super natural-looking. The haircut itself complements the perm really well. It falls into place easily and takes barely any effort to style in the morning, which for me is a huge win. Dom was professional the whole way through, he explained what he was doing, checked in with me about what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable during the process. The hydration treatment was a nice bonus too. My hair felt noticeably smoother afterwards, and the perm didn’t leave it feeling dry or damaged. The rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which just made the whole experience better. We had Daniela cutting my 2.5 yo daughter’s hair and my hair and we just want to express our greatest gratitude as Daniela is so kind and skilled. It was a nerve racking experience for me as it was my daughter’s first haircut and I was expecting everything to go wrong. Daniela was so gentle and caring with her, taking her time making her comfortable and trusting. It was amazing to see her sit for her first haircut and being so curious about the whole experience even though she was very nervous and unsure at the start, the end result was great, no more long bits to bother her face! Daniela also gave me a nice trim and helped me feel better about my postpartum hair loss. Thank you Daniela it was a 10/10 experience for us!
