Had an amazing experience! Staff was so kind. Got my nails and toes done. As well as a scalp treatment. I opted for the mid tier scalp treatment just to try it out and I loved it! Will definitely be getting the full service with the facial in the future. Overall 10/10 experience

I’ll start off by saying Barbie is great and she really takes her time and does a good job. I also got a pedi from Kei a little bit ago and she was super friendly and amazing. Now, not to be a Karen but I used to go to Janelle before she left and would get gel x and designs (1st & 2nd photo). It was always consistently about $85. Today I went (3rd photo) and they were inputting the services I got done and it was at $87… then it changed to $92.. and then they said okay we’re just going to round it to $100 even. I asked the man who I believe is the owner if they had recently changed prices and he just said “everything is listed on the screen/receipt.” I don’t see why they had to round my total?? He also asked if I wanted to use my rewards and then proceeded to not input it. I don’t even mind paying a few dollars more, I just thought this experience was weird and a little rude that he couldn’t be honest with me.
