I always see Caitlin when I come to miss mae and I never leave disappointed. She constantly brings my vision to life and explains the process thoroughly. I also appreciate that she has taught me so much to do with caring for my hair and how to make my curls thrive, ensuring I have the best care even out of the salon. Salons can make me anxious but her approach always makes me feel instantly welcome and taken care of 🫶🏻 can’t recommend her enough (and her basin massages 💆 🤌🏻)

I came into the salon and was immediately so pleased, the hairdresser I was meeting, Caitlin was incredibly friendly and welcoming to both my baby and I. I asked her to take my natural brown hair to blonde, and she absolutely perfected it. My hair has never looked or felt better, it is so healthy, and the colours blend beautifully. I can’t recommend Caitlin enough. Her service is truly on another level.

Recently just started going to Miss Mae just for my amazing hairdressing friend Maddi who is a qualified hairdresser she is amazing at her job and always delivers to highest quality. I have been getting my hair done at Miss Mae since the day the doors opened. I have been getting my hair done by ruby - I always leave the salon feeling a million dollars and having my hair exactly how I have asked especially on my journey to going blonde. Ruby has recently installed weft extensions and I have had so many complaints on my hair and how well she has done. I have absolutely love every visit I have at miss Mae. Such a lovely bubbly bunch of girls - always brighten up my day.

Such a gorgeous salon! All the girls are so friendly and welcoming. I knew nothing about hair care before coming here, and not only do they do a fabulous job, but they also take the time to educate me and figure out what works best for my hair and lifestyle. I look forward to my appointments for the cup of tea and Tim Tam, the great chats, and, of course, the amazing hair treatment and styling. I cannot recommend this salon enough! Special mention to my hairdresser, Jas, who I can confidently leave my hair with and who never gets annoyed when I say, “I don’t know, just do whatever.” She always does a fantastic job. Jess is always so friendly and welcoming, and it’s clear she is a wonderful boss who really supports her team. And of course, thank you to the girls who help dry my thick hair—you do an amazing job, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
