I get my hair done by Kass at Mockingbird, and they always do an AMAZING job! Whether it's a cut or a color, she always listens to exactly what I want and executes it perfectly. Bonus points because she's hilarious and one of the coolest people ever. Everyone here is so delightful, such a clean and welcoming space!

My experience here was amazing! I have always hated the way my head felt in the washing bowls but they had very comfortable chairs! I went to see Bella who is currently an assistant but will have her own chair on the floor in October so, I highly recommend her! I attended one of her classes. She died my hair and cut it, and not only is she talented in the hair department, but she is also a wonderful communicator. We did a pretty ambitious dye job (ambitious because I had lots of old dyes in my hair and wanted to go blonde) for bleached roots and besides accomplishing the exact look I wanted to achieve, she also made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the appointment. She consistently made me feel like I was involved in the next step of the process, ensuring that I had I control of my own hair. I really appreciated that aspect because in the past I had been caught off guard or anxious. I felt like that quality in a stylist really deserved a review. Also, in general the studio was well kept and super cute! I will definitely be coming back!

Melissa is the absolute best! She's so kind and warm and makes you feel so comfortable. She's also wildly talented. Every stylist I've interacted with at the salon has also had great energy and makes me feel welcomed.
