I had an excellent Ultraformer facial treatment at Modern Grace SPA and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had. Rana is incredibly warm, sociable and professional – she put me completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment itself was carried out with great skill and care, and my skin felt noticeably firmer, lifted and glowing afterwards. I’m already looking forward to returning in a few months to repeat the treatment. Highly recommended – five stars without hesitation!

I had HIFU on my arms at Modern Grace Spa a few days ago and I can already see it working. Rana is a lovely lady and very honest about the results she can achieve with each treatment. I visited last week for HIFU treatment and I had an excellent experience. Rana is a very knowledgeable and highly skilled professional who explained everything to me before we started. She is pleasant and conversational, I immediately felt comfortable with her. The results are the best I have seen and improving every day. I highly recommend Rana without hesitation. I visited Modern Grace yeaterday for HIFU treatment on a Groupon voucher. Rana was very welcoming and explained the risks clearly and honestly. During the procedure a generous amount of gel was applied. The treatment was like small zaps that shock through the skin which mainly were not painful, just some areas a little, but you can tell Rana and she will adjust accordingly as everyone has a different pain tolerance. You do get use to it and Rana works quickly making sure to cover your whole face and your neck. She gave me a mirror after doing half my face (I could already see tightening). The time goes fast as she talks to you the whole way through. After the treatment she added a cooling gel to my face, then moisturiser. The was a little redness on my cheeks but I could definitely see my face was more defined, and felt no after pain. From the start to the finish I felt looked after as she guided me through the treatment and kept the conversation flowing so you are distracted. She is bubbly and funny person so it's easy to start a conversation with her. It has been one day and my skin looks smoother and tighter and it will improve over the next few months as it gets to work. I would highly recommend Rana and this treatment. 👌
