Chloe is a hair whisperer! I had a color correction and toner done, and i really like how it turned out! The color is beautifully blended and she really knows how to do color.The touch up for toner really was needed! She is also very honest about the health of your hair and what she can do without damaging your hair further. She helped me fix the streaks of bleeding bleach on my hair and gave me a shadow root. Then she curled it for the finishing touch. The vibes were that of a professional salon.
