I went to a different salon for five years to get keratin treatments, and what Ramona and her team achieved in just one session was more effective than those five years combined. Ramona is incredibly knowledgeable about all hair types, she helped me realize that what I thought was 'unruly' hair was actually just damaged. I’ve now started a regimen of keratin and bi-weekly steam & peptide treatments, and my hair is softer and fuller than it has ever been. I made an appointment for a blowdry/styling with Ramona and she was nothing short of amazing. I hadn’t done anything to my hair for a little over 6 months and I have been heat styling non-stop. She gave me so many hair care tips to keep my hair healthy and even trimmed off my dead ends. Jada was also very personable and gave me a really relaxing hair wash. She was honestly very lovely and had a calm demeanor, which was refreshing for me since I usually have high anxiety daily lifestyle.
