I was able to get in with Cesar on a walk in today and I am thrilled with my new body art. Cesar is an absolute pleasure to work with such a cool guy great vibes. He tackled 3 pieces for me today all with some personal sentiment and I couldn't be happier. I will most certainly be booking with him in the future.
