We vacationed recently in Montauk and my husband surprised me with matching sentimental tattoos done by you! What a delight to meet you and see your immense talent up close…professional, approachable and kind human. Thank you Chris and Tessa
Patty Brockman — 5/5 (via Google)
I went to Chris to get my second ever tattoo. It's been several years since my first one and I was anxious. Chris was calm and friendly, and put me right at ease. I had a rendering but when Chris did his line drawing of it, I was thrilled. He made it even better than my original design, by just enhancing a few things. The shop is clean, cheerful, and has awesome music. Chris did his magic and gave me as many breaks as I needed. I felt completely safe and confident in the process. I am in love with my little Angler Fish

Tessa was amazing at piercing my upper lobe! She is patient and kind. Also, she cleans everything thoroughly and guided me through the entire process. I would definitely recommend her!
Ruby Allen — 5/5 (via Google)
Visited for my first ever piercing! Lovely visit and great communication. Chris and Tessa provide nothing but quality kindness and care with their work. It is on the more pricey side but far worth it for the treatment and value of what you receive. And hey when in rome (the hamptons in this case)
Melissa Filippelli — 5/5 (via Google)
Montauk Tattoo was a great experience. Chris was my tattoo artist and he was kind and professional. I'm a chatty client and he kept up with our conversation easily which I really appreciate. Chris was very open to my tweeks and specific requests on the designs and I'm very happy with both tattoos. It's been a while since my last tattoo and Chris checked in often to see how I was doing during both tattoos and reminded me of proper aftercare practices. Good playlist in the shop, not too loud or too quiet. Clean and light and comfortable atmosphere. Easy recommendation if you're looking to get your first or next tattoo!
