Walking in on a Thursday morning around 11:00, I was immediately impressed by the vibrant atmosphere. The shop was busy with four skilled barbers ready to take on my two young boys, ages 5 and 3, for some much-needed haircuts. Despite not having an appointment, the staff welcomed us with open arms and assured me that walk-ins were no problem at all. As a mom of four boys living year-round in the Hamptons, I’ve seen my fair share of barber shops – but Monti’s is undoubtedly top-notch. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a beautifully designed space with brand-new furniture and a meticulously clean facility. The lounge area is both stylish and comfortable, equipped with board games to keep kids (and adults) entertained while waiting. And while I wasn’t in the mood for a cocktail at that hour, I appreciated the impressive beverage bar, which definitely adds a unique touch. Justo and Bryan, the talented barbers who cut my boys’ hair, were consummate professionals. They took the time to understand what style would best complement the shape of my children’s faces. The results were nothing short of perfect, leaving my little ones beaming with pride over their fresh cuts. An added bonus was the payment flexibility – they accept cards, though they prefer cash tips. And I was pleasantly surprised to find I could conveniently pay using Zelle as well. I can confidently say that Monti’s Barber Shop will become our go-to spot in the area. Our experience with Monti exceeded all of our expectations. We found out about his shop through Mondays at Racine. Monti generously donates his time and services to patients undergoing Cancer treatments, at no charge. Upon entering we were greeted by Monti and his staff. I have never been inside such a posh men's salon...neither had my husband! Monti treated my husband to a haircut, beard trim and finally a hot towel shave. The 2 guys were together for almost an hour and the conversation between them never stopped. It was sincere and genuine. Monti took such an interest in my husband and shared so much of himself as well. He pampered my husband. Nothing was rushed. He made my husband smile and feel good. I am so beyond thankful and grateful for this experience. I would wholeheartly recommend this shop and their services. Thank you again Monti. You're a true gentleman!
