Joseph is truly the best of the best. He has done four of my tattoos—two of which were cover-ups—and every experience has been exceptional. He communicates clearly throughout the entire process and his work is consistently amazing. I once had an appointment that ran very late, and he even made sure I got to my car safely. And when I had a tattoo placed just below my chest on my side, he put up a private wall to ensure I felt completely comfortable. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Nahyla is actually a fine line tattoo QUEEN! My first birthday alone and I parked at the coffee shop nearby, looked up, and saw Monumental and thought this is a sign.. Walked in, no appointment, gave the vision to Nahyla and she free-handed a piece that is unique to me and my body. Truly the best and my most favorite tattoo I have ever gotten. I have gotten nothing but compliments for such a beautiful piece. She is such a badass. Thank you, Nahyla! This is day 2 healing.

I can’t say enough good things about Nate! I’ve gotten a few pieces done by him, including the start of my leg sleeve, and every single time he absolutely nails it. His attention to detail, creativity, and steady hand make every session worth it. On top of being insanely talented, he’s super accommodating and always works around my schedule, which means a lot. The vibe in his chair is always comfortable and professional, and I leave every session even more obsessed with his work.

I had an amazing experience at this tattoo shop! Nate was my artist, and he absolutely killed it. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and confident about the design. His attention to detail and steady hand really show his skill and professionalism. One thing I especially loved was that I got to enjoy a private room during my session — it made the whole experience so much more relaxing and personal. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and focused, which really helped me enjoy the process from start to finish. If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo, I highly recommend booking with Nate. He’s talented, easy to talk to, and truly cares about giving you the best piece possible. I’ll definitely be coming back for more work!

Summer and her team are always attentive and go above and beyond. Austin is my artist and this is my 3rd piece from him. First off, he gave me more than a tattoo, it’s the feeling of love every time I look at it. My dog passed away and this was the best way to memorialize him. Words cannot describe what he has done for me and the emotions it makes me feel. Austin captured the life in his eyes, it’s so beyond amazing. 10/10 recommend Austin for your work and Monumental Ink in Kemah
