I had difficulty finding tattoo shops in Boston that would take what I was looking for so I thought I’d try to walk in here! (I was looking for a fine line replica of a handwritten note) I’d gotten two piercings done here years ago that I’d loved so decided to try it again. I’d called ahead asking if they had any walk-in availability and they were able to book a same-day appointment. Their staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming to accommodate what I was looking for. I believe the artists name was Joseph (forgive me if I’m wrong) and he was wonderful! I’ll definitely return if I want anything else in the future:)

Mooncusser Tattoo is hands-down one of my absolute favorite places on Cape. I love everything about this shop — the atmosphere, the artwork, and especially the people. Every artist there is talented, chill, and genuinely cares about making sure you walk out with something you’re proud of. They make you feel comfortable the second you step inside, and the vibe is always positive and welcoming. You can tell they take a ton of pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. Whether you’re getting something small or a big piece, they put in the same level of effort and creativity. I always leave feeling taken care of and excited to come back. If you’re looking for a clean, professional, and seriously cool place to get tattooed, Mooncusser Tattoo is the spot. I can’t recommend them enough — I love this place and everyone who works there.
