Omg I have no words, this was seriously the best experience ever! Head massages, complimentary food and drink AND massage beds while getting your hair washed?! I felt so relaxed and looked after. All that on top of a beautiful hair cut that I loved. Thank you Sophie! Thank you Croma!

Phenomenal. The new Salon is stunning and so relaxing. The Japanese head spa is next level. The best hair salon in Newcastle, believe me i have tried them all. I Absolutely LOVE my hair, and just when you think it can't get any better they also have cocktails. Mark and Chris are so lovely and make you feel so at ease. I will be back, many, many times. amazing❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I have always struggled with my hair and feeling comfortable in a salon, I recently moved to newcastle and had been recommended CROMA. I am so glad I visited, it was such an amazing and comfortable experience. I felt listened to, ensuring that the best result/hair goal was prioritised. Chris the salon owner is so lovely, shows so much respect to everyone that walks through the doors. He really listened to all of my hair concerns and then gave some amazing advice and honestly just knew exactly what I wanted. The new salon is beautiful, their aim is to provide a sense of luxury to self care and make you feel refreshed and relaxed when leaving. I honestly usually dread getting my hair done and always feel nervous about it, but has been so amazing this time around. Couldn’t recommend enough xx
