I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michelle. I have a huge fear of getting my haircut and hadn’t stepped into a professional salon in over 10 years due to a traumatic past experience. Reaching out to her was a big step for me. We texted beforehand, and I explained all of my fears and exactly what I was hoping for. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and reassuring from the very beginning. When I arrived for my appointment, I was so nervous I was literally shaking. Michelle immediately comforted me, gave me a hug, and once again walked through everything I wanted. She made it very clear that she would not cut more than I was comfortable with. That reassurance meant everything to me. While washing my hair, she took time to genuinely get to know me and checked in when she noticed I was still anxious. During the haircut, she was so kind and gentle. At one point, she even reminded me to breathe because I was holding my breath from nerves. That level of awareness and care is rare. You can truly tell that she cares deeply about her clients and their experience. She is not only an amazing hairstylist but an amazing person. She was knowledgeable, patient, and answered every single question I had. Most importantly, she listened. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. I absolutely love how my hair turned out. She kept the length I wanted, and my hair looks beautiful and healthy. When I was unsure about how to approach my bangs, she talked me through the options until we both felt confident in the plan. This was honestly one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her to anyone — especially if you have anxiety about haircuts. I’m so grateful to have found her and truly hope she’ll be my hairstylist forever.

I am a natural brunette but have been getting blonde highlights for years and asked Michelle to get my hair to a lighter brighter shade of blonde that I had a couple years ago.
