My 3rd visit to NV. Always greeted with a smile and an offer of a warm drink. A lovely happy atmosphere where you can tell all the girls enjoy working there. I was very pleased with my hair cut and beach wave style that I returned today with a special task for Ellie; to trim and face frame my hair topper. Whilst I appreciate that this could be quite daunting for some stylists (as there is no room for error!) Ellie handled my request, professionally, with confidence and care. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. Thank you Ellie 🙂

After moving from London, I really struggled to find a hairdresser in Falmouth that looked good — until I came across NV Hairdressing. Their online reviews were great, and booking through the website was super easy. When I arrived, Leah greeted me warmly and took me to my chair to chat about what look I wanted to achieve. I mentioned my recent hair shedding, and she was so understanding and supportive — it really put me at ease. My hair was washed by Maisie, who gave me an amazing head massage, and then Leah did the cut. She was fantastic! The blow dry (with help from Lilly) left my hair feeling light and bouncy, and the soft beach waves she added at the end were perfect. It’s honestly the first time I’ve ever left a hairdressers completely happy with the result. I’ll definitely be going back — can’t recommend NV Hairdressing enough!

Fantastic experience from the moment I stepped inside the salon. Very attentive and professional. Discussed my colour options and gave great advice through the whole process. Love the result and the colour is amazing. It wasn't an easy task with dark roots and blocks of colour, Casey did a great job to blend it and make it look amazing. Very pleased and look forward to returning. ☺️

This has been the best hair salon experience in a very long while. From the beginning, Niki was very helpful, realistic, thorough and very constructive. I loved the fact that you go through a plan on your first consultation and your future stylist, in my case Leah, is included into the plan. We even had a little catch up before we started on the actual hair appointment day to make sure there had been no changes. The salon is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. Leah was patient and sweet and extremely attentive to detail, even considering what the haircut and colour will look after regrowing. You can tell she’s an experienced hairstylist when she was even considering the hair between foils. There was a lot of work today but all the multitasking and teamwork was seamless. Teamwork was smooth and even the trainees were polite and professional, always finding something to help with and highly communicative. Overall, I’m very impressed with this first experience and I hope it’s the first of many more.
