First time visiting Nail Bar Blacksburg and I was so impressed! David was great - he was meticulous and made sure that the results were exactly what I wanted!

The experience overall was great! I got a spa pedi & a shellac mani. Paid $100 before tip. The spa experience was great - my tech was very attentive - asking about water temp, rock temp, and making sure I enjoyed my experience. He even made sure I like the colors I picked - willing to switch my colors - he went out of his way to bring me a few other options he thought I’d like. He did not rush me or act like he was waiting for another appt. The mani was good - but the shellac was not worth the money. Usually the shellac I get from other nail bars is more strong. I’m assuming they used a low quality or did not do enough coats. Either way - my nails are fragile and bendy. The opposite of what I expected paying for shellac. Again - the experience here is awesome. The only thing that took away a star for me was the bendy nails. I have long natural nails.
