I’m going to give five stars because, although my first experience wasn’t perfect, I shared my feedback with them through a link, and within an hour, they tried to call me more than five times and even left a message asking me to come back and redo my nails at no cost. They made me feel so comfortable returning, without feeling intimidated or unsure, because they genuinely wanted me to have a good experience. They told me this wasn’t what they expect for their clients, and they want everyone to be happy and satisfied. I came back the next day, and my nails turned out amazing! I’m really grateful that they offered me a second chance, and that I gave them one too. Now I’ve found a wonderful place near my home to get my nails done at a fair price. I’m very happy and want to acknowledge and honor their commitment to their clients. Thank you!
