I don’t give it less than 4 just bc I like Tony and Bobby and Jenny too. Also I like the guy with glasses who usually does my toes, he’s gentle and great foot massage. But in my life I will let the dominican lady Julia touch me. To start I asked for short almond shape nails and she gave me excuses why that style can’t be short (yes it can I look it up after to see if she was right) and on top of that the nails are borderline stiletto shape. Also each nail looks different some look like almond some look like almost stilettos and some are just crooked attempt of almond shape. But that’s not the worst part, when she first hurt 1 of my fingers on one hand I politely asked her if she could be more careful, she proceeded with making it seem like the cut was already there, I told her no and to please be careful bc is stinging a bit. Instead of being careful she proceeded to hurt 3 other fingers on the other hand. She skipped the cuticle oil. Painted my nails in a rush, one of my nail looks like it has a beauty mark. She left my cuticles hurting, with wounds and looking dry. I have never had such a terrible experience getting my nails done. You spend $ getting your nails done to feel pampered not to leave in pain and feeling like you just threw $55 down the drain. Thank goodness my daughter got her nails done by Bobby so she didn’t have a terrible experience. I still feel like crying whenever I see my nails, can’t wait until I get them out. Wish I could get my money back :(
