Candice Lewis — 5/5 (via Google)

Went in a hour before closing and still got in. They were able to fix all my nails that were trashed the day before at another salon. The design was amazing!!! I had Kevin he got right to it!!!! I love my nails best set I’ve had in a long time. The picture doesn’t even do it justice.

A little pricier but you get what you pay for. Edited to add; They did have to remove a previous set before application at my request, so that factors into cost. Recently; I came in again and they accommodated me last minute, took the time to fix 2 full nails, rebalance, cut down, fill, file in full detail, and hand paint 2 spiderwebs finished in chrome. All for ($50+ tip 😉), will add photo for reference. (yes, they're shorter than previous, which may factor into cost).

Found Bryan @ Queen Nails Illinois Rd 5 yrs ago after my amazing tech never called me back after Covid. I followed him here because I never thought I'd find anyone comparable.I love that Bryan always accomodates me, listens to what I want & values me as a customer. Doesn't push for a new set every 6 mths like some salons do. Nails last 6 weeks because his nails never lift. Get gel/ nail art on all my nails for way less then Queen's prices & he can keep all the $ because he is the owner. Clearly all the bad reviews were from before he took over because his staff is very polite. Even when they are booked solid on weekends they still try to accommodate walk-ins. For the person that said he tried to ask if she was single to get w her his wife does nails right next to him. Him & his wife are happy w another little one. Sounds so out of context.

Rachele Curci — 5/5 (via Google)

This place is wonderful. My nails are gorgeous. The shape is perfect and none of the bumps or bubbling I’m always afraid of when I have to use a new place while traveling for work. It’s rare that I find a great place on my first try in a new city, I’ll definitely be using them while I’m here. Beyond that, the service is stellar, too! Everyone is so kind and you can tell they really care about their clients.
