I moved from another state and let me tell you i tried many places and once i went here i never have looked back!!!!!! No matter who is sitting behind their station they all do 5 star nails! It's like they all got trained to do be detailed in every individual nail! So it does not matter who does your nails here because always come out the same and i loveee consistancy! And the little hot towel massage just makes the service luxurious and price is decent with inflation going on! I can talk about this nail place for days!!!!! They listen and care and do outstanding nails every single time!!!! Place is 10/10 !!!! 100000 star review for me !!!!!! 💅🏼🥳🎉

I showed pictures of what I wanted & got exactly what I asked for. That doesn’t happen at most nail shops. I’ve been going to Nail Story for about a year now. Yes, they are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The amount of detail & time they put into ensuring you’re satisfied with the shape of your nails, design & over all experience is none like no other shop in Salisbury.

Went last minute after my work shift on mothers day while other places closed early me and my two kids went got pedicure and my youngest got nails painted! First time ever there and we drove from millsboro made it after calling prior just in time before closing! Loved the services and the massage after wards! Great staff Lisa did my teens feet, and not sure name but maybe the "realtive of lisa?" Did my feet! A guy did my youngest nails but All the staff seem friendly and very nice , clean , relaxing atmosphere! Thanks to all!!

This was my first time at the nail salon and it was an amazing experience! The staff was professional and did an amazing job with my Christmas themed nails🎄❤️ although, I will say it was pricy as it was $95 for a full set gel sculpting with minimal design. Definitely $40-50 more than I’ve ever payed compared to my go-to places so it will be a one time thing. Otherwise, the nail professionals really are professional!
