I cannot speak more highly of this specific Nail time location on Bay meadows Rd. It’s not only a place that is free of toxic odors, has the most wonderful peaceful and nostalgic ambience, and environmental experience, the specialist technicians are professional, kind, compassionate, provide high quality service, and have now demonstrated a team of employees that are honest. I’m literally shocked in what I just learned. I brought my neighbor here for part of her 80th birthday celebration. She’s all about salons but this was her first experience at Nail Time. I have been trying to get her to come here for atlas 5 years but she kept going to the same old places. When we walked in she was immediately thrilled without ahh and wonder. Asian interior evoked the entire space with soft incandescent lighting, goldfish pond, , the art, bamboo , intimate space layout, plants, even the antique kirkshaw in the lobby. Staff great immediately, service from the beginning to the end was impeccable ! I bought us both manicures and pedicures with gel polish. They offer water while providing service, which without extra charge includes a hand and forearm massage, hot stone massage on feet and lower legs. She was so impressed with the service. Was shocked when I told her I receive the exact same consistent high quality service with every experiences at this location. She was shocked that I didn’t pay extra for this. Anyway, yesterday she called me, to tell me she lost her 24k gold bracelet, rarely does she take it off. After searching everywhere, she thought she might have left it at the salon. She couldn’t recall if she put it back on after the hot stone massage. A week gone by, she still called the salon described her bracelet was told they had it there. She picked it up yesterday. It was held in a draw at the front counter. Amazing that no staff took it. It was locked and protected. This warms my heart. They deserve more than 5 stars. I’m so grateful for the businesses that still remain that truly know what it means to be exceptional in all you do. Thank you so much!!!!🙏🙏💕

My go to salon for over 10 years! The atmosphere feels just like a spa, tranquil and relaxing every single visit. They always do an amazing job with dip nails, and the massage chair pedicures are the absolute best. I highly recommend this location and the entire team!

Had an absolutely wonderful time today. Nancy did my pedicure and worked extra hard on my calluses when I told her it was an area of concern. Beautiful salon with a lot of cool decor. Prices match the website. Will definitely be going back!

There is a wait sometimes BUT it is worth it!! The employees are very skilled and have exquisite attention to detail. 🕒 👍 I received a total mani and pedi experience. 💅 The massage chairs are comfortable and easy to use. They are quite sanitary and ensure good sterilized equipment. I was so happy here because of all the lotions, scrubs and soaps they used. They were lovely and smelled great. I have very sensitive skin and had absolutely NO reaction. 🥰❤ The massage, hand and hot stone, was done with precision and clear experience. The employees are absolute pros. Their attention to detail is so good that it is hard to spot any type of mistake. They ensure great coats for vibrant colors and double and triple check their work.🌈🌈🌈 For as busy as they were, they were thorough and did not rush. You felt very valued as an individual. They also respect you very much and do not push talking. I personally cannot focus well on experience while talking. I felt no pressure to do so at all and when I did conversate each staff member I had was polite and respectful. 🙂 The environment us GREAT! There are so many incredible things to look at that it is hard to ever be bored. The selection of colors is very diverse. The staff are also extremely organized and communicate on customer wait and status constantly. I was really very impressed! This place did a gel french mani and pedi on me and it was truly the best I ever had. They are sooo thorough and ensure you can walk away without worry of running your nails.
