I just want to start and say OH MY WORD! Today was my first time here, and they did not disappoint! RAVE TO STAFF!! I had Amy who slayed with my request for nails, she was very meticulous, delicate but firm, excellent customer service. Knock was very friendly and had conversations with clients unlike any other nail salon I've been to here, and the guy that moved with Amy and Knock from Alabama was very interested in customer service and consensus about the overall job proformance. They have new dipping powders that do not take the LED and stronger than Gel/Acrylic, they are able to do designs, super friendly and they have great prices! ✨️✨️ Thank you for a wonderful experience I WILL BE BACK!! 🥰

First nail experience in Roseburg! They are great! The gal that did my pedicure massaged like my feet like it was the last pedicure she was giving! Sooo good! Nail tech for my acrylic set was good as well! He had jokes! I was a little disappointed in their color selection & sbiliry to carry out higher artsy designs but they did a great job for the price! Will go back!
