Last Spring while on my daily Pokémon Go Adventures a coming soon sign for NAIL WORLD STUDIO!! Seemed like forever finally in October the open sign was on & ready for new clients! The studio is a small Business family owned & operated WithJessica at the helm who’s beautiful smiling face is there to greet you! My first appointment I was nervous at the end of the appointment I was excited the studio clean & organized & after every client the station used is throughly cleaned & sanitized! I set my next appointment that day! The next day I realized I wasn’t completely satisfied with the results so I went back and Jessica & the management team made sure to fix everything I was unhappy with at no charge! Needless to say I was shocked & surprised Jessica & her team were so willing to fix everything without question! My next appointment was a few weeks out when I walked in I was greeted like I had been part of the family for years and it was only my second appointment ever! I was very satisfied with the results. I totally forgot to post a review I felt horrible because finally remembered to write this review after my third appointment first I saw how low the star count I couldn’t believe the negative things being written it’s a small family owned & operated business & any negative review can truly hurt these hardworking kind beautiful caring professional individuals. Jessica & her team truly care about their clients rather you have $7 eyebrow service or a $59 spa message pedicure we are treated equally. How can Jessica & her team know you’re unhappy if you don’t tell them! A client who pays for a service & aren’t happy with that service instead of being a grownup & first having a conversation to see if said business will be willing to fix what’s wrong instead writes a bad review on on Google that is seen world wide when in reality the negative reviews aren’t even true because the reviewers never gave Them a chance to make it right & in the end after all this family put into opening the business have far more to loose than just a building their reputation & the money invested upfront they could loose everything! Please think before writing a negative review for a small local business without giving them a chance to make things right or all you’re doing is harming the chances for Jessica & her family to succeed

Absolutely love this nail salon! I’ve been a customer for years. New location!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt so welcomed. The salon is spotless, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. My nail tech was patient, detail-oriented, and truly took their time to make sure everything was perfect.
