I just moved to Sacramento and have been looking for a new nail place for months. I’ve been getting builder gel back home for almost 10 years, so I tend to know right away if a set will be good or not. I couldn’t manage to find a place where both quality and service were good. Until I decided to drop by nails19. First off, I’ve never seen a nail salon so big! The place was spotless, the amount of colors and products displayed along the wall was insane (all popular, well known brands), and they even had a bar! I was offered a complimentary drink and I really hoped that the service was going to be good, because the ambiance was great. As soon as Linda got to work on my nails, I KNEW the set was going to be good. She filed down the old gel so carefully without damaging my real nail (which has happened to me in the past), she took out a fan to collect the dust, (which to my surprise many places in the Sacramento area don’t do!) and the led lights were modern, and clean, and had features I’ve never seen before. Linda was so kind and inviting, she was so quick and efficient and was able to perfectly capture exactly what I wanted! My nails are long, they grow fast and get heavy and curve down, which is difficult for an inexperienced tech to work with. It’s clear that the employees at nails19 know what they’re doing. They care about their customers’ total nail (and respiratory) health rather than just making them look good. I’m so glad I tried this place because it looks like I’m going to be visiting every 3 weeks! Thank you Linda and Nails 19! I can’t wait to get a pedicure here!

Steven is amazing!! He is so meticulous & thorough. I haven’t gotten my nails done for about 3 years so he made this experience great & I am very happy with my nails. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I had called before I came in to ask how much a gel full set pink/ombre would be before coming in. The man I spoke with on the phone (I know it wasn’t Steven I just don’t want to name names) said it would be $52. I thought I heard him wrong so I said $62? & he said No it’s $52 & I even confirmed with the gel is it $52? He said yes there isn’t a price increase. The reason I called ahead was to make sure I had enough money becuase my mom was paying for me. So at the end when I was told it would be $72 I was a little shocked because a $20 difference is a lot of money these days. Especially as an increase in price from what I was told 10 minutes before I came in. I did call back about a hour or 2 after I left to get some clarification & I spoke with a lady who explained the price increase. So my only thing would be maybe making sure the front desk has proper training on which sets cost what. Steven did amazing work so I didn’t want to not pay what they were asking for because the nails were already on & he had already spent a hour with me so time is money. I would just make sure if you go here & are concerned about pricing to ask before they do your nails like I did but confirm it at the front desk before they do your nails. But again I can’t stress enough how amazing Steven is & if I can I will definitely be coming back to ask for him!

Best Nail Salon I’ve ever been to!!! Literally Steven is an amazing technician and the staff is so hospitable. This is my 2nd time to this facility while visiting from Hawaii and I was amazed!! Thank you so much and y’all should visit.

Emma is incredible. Her pedicures are meticulous, relaxing, and beautifully done. She has such a gentle, attentive touch and creates an experience that feels both luxurious and comforting. My feet look amazing and I'm already excited to come back.
