Catalina — thank you so, so much! I came in to have my eyebrows shaped with Manaz, who did an absolutely amazing job. When I went to pay, Catalina complimented my nails, and I mentioned that I was actually unhappy with them as they were too pointy, especially with my wedding just a few days away. Even though my nails had been done elsewhere and it was almost closing time, Catalina kindly reshaped and fixed them for me. I will never forget her kindness and generosity. I’m so incredibly grateful. I will definitely be coming back. 💕

I have been coming here for years and I always leave so happy with the results. Kiran (I still crave your massages!) and Imogen are both brilliant, so are lovely Daria and Catalina at reception. Today, I had the most amazing consultation and shellac manicure with Tina. She suggested something I wouldn’t have tried myself, but when she swatched the colour (black cherry) I fell in love. Extremely happy with the results and service received. Thank you, Tina! ❤️☺️

Alina is simply the best manicurist I’ve ever had. She shapes the nail perfectly every time and is so precise when it comes to the paint. Really knows what she’s doing, can’t recommend going to see her enough.
