I had been going here for a while. The customer service is top notch, and they do an awesome job with your nails. No breaking or lifting. Sometimes I wait a month in between and they still hold up. One thing: make sure you have time to spend there, because they do not rush the process. They take time and they do quality work. They already know my face when I walk in, and is always a good feeling to be known and treated with courtesy and respect.

When I called to get my services from Nails By Pros, they got me in the same day as I called. First I received beautiful extension lashes. The price was reasonable. Next I got a pedicure and nail art manicure. These prices were comparable to my previous services from other salons. The staff were certainly pros. My nail art was rhinestones on 4 fingers. The prices were less than previous experiences. The whole time I was in the shop was about two hours. Because I had three services done I thought the time spent was excellent. Rena the manager, took personal interest in my life and showed excellent professionalism in her services. I was planning to be attending a special wedding / dinner/dancing event coming up . I felt like I had the royal queen treatments. At the end of the services, at my request Rena contacted a hair stylist to help me find a hair salon. I highly recommend this salon and especially Rena for her talents and resourcefulness. Rebekah

I have had a dip manicure from each of the nail techs who work at this shop. They are all very good and professional. I have damaged nail beds from years of nail biting and Lena and her staff have done a great job of making my nails look healthy and beautiful. I Love their friendly service and professionalism. My current nails look great for our company Christmas party.
