I FOUND IT! I FOUND IT! I FOUND IT! 😍❤️☺️ Today was my second time visiting nails by Vivian. The first time was an emergency on 11/5/2025. After another nail tech canceled my appointment. Which was the day before my birthday hours before I was to fly 🛫 out to 🌴 Palm Springs. I came to the salon as a walk-in. Ms. Lien was the technician that serviced me that day. SHE IS AMAZING!😍 Her attention to detail is unmatched. Her work is consistent yet durable! I went to 🌴 Palm Springs completely satisfied with a beautiful timeless pink and white full set.😍 Today I made an appointment, being that I went way beyond a traditional fill time line.🤦🏾♀️ I specifically asked for Ms. Lien. My appointment was at 9am. I originally booked the appointment for just a fill. I got there on time, met by Ms. Lien. She got straight to work. She is HIGHLY professional, kind, and considerate. During our appointment I had a tickle in my throat. Ms Lien offered water, then produced, and provided me with a cold bottled water.💧😍☺️ Ms Lien's consideration did not end there she went further by offering me a cough drop.☺️❤️ Above and beyond service. She offered kindness.😊 Which I so gratefully accepted. I changed from the pink and white set to a pretty purple 💜 for a Christmas party.🎄❤️ 😊 I then decided to ask Ms. Lien if there was time for a pedicure. Not wavering Ms. Lien stated that yes there was time and she would be the technician for that as well. I so appreciate her willingness to accommodate my last minute change. I went with the deluxe pedicure with the Jasmine bath bomb, hot towels, scrub, massage and wax!❤️☺️ It is worth every penny!❤️💜 Ms. Lien was so gracious about my every request. (I'm picky about my feet)🤣 Her attention to detail did not lack or slack on my feet. The lower leg and foot massage was a TRUE massage!❤️ She was not timid nor did she rush. I left at 11am with new hands and new feet! THANK YOU Ms. Lien I FOUND my new nail salon and my new technician.😍☺️ I'm excited to try some of the other services offered at Nails by Vivian Salon & Spa ☺️❤️😍
