Monica is AMAZING. I’ve been going to her for my nails for 5 years and she never disappoints. She pays incredible attention to detail and always makes sure everything looks perfect before I leave the chair. At the same time, she’s super efficient and respectful of your time! I’m always in and out without feeling rushed. It’s the perfect balance of quality and speed. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their work and their clients, Monica is the one. I won’t let anyone else touch my nails! 💅✨ The salon also is a very relaxing place. The other techs are also very friendly as well! Definitely still one of the very few affordable nail salons left!

I got a French gel acrylic manicure, and it was amazing. Sunny did an amazing job. She is a kind, sweet, gentle soul who was very easy to talk to. Please be kind to all of these nail techs. They really care. I will be coming back thank you so much Sunny! Give them a call and book an appointment!

Store is down the escalator next to lenscrafters when you enter. Very professional and turned out great. She worked until 30 mins after they closed no questions asked. Love her!!❤️❤️

I had a great experience at this nail salon! I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and the service was excellent. The lady who did my nails, Alli, was amazing — so gentle, professional, and friendly. She took her time, gave me a relaxing foot massage, and made sure everything was perfect. The hygiene of the salon was also really good, which made me feel even more comfortable. I’ll definitely come back and ask for Alli again. Highly recommended

I read through several other reviews, especially the bad ones just to compare my experience with others and I almost feel as if we must have been in alternate realities. I had a very pleasant experience. Sunny was wonderful for me. I got a great manicure. I didn't even feel it when she went after my cuticles. She was was friendly and chit chatted with me the whole time. She was excited to see my dress I would wear to the opera (I was getting my nails done to match the dress.) She was the only one working at the time and another woman came in wanting her nails done too while I was waiting. She was very rude and angry about the fact she was going to have to wait. I think maybe the reason there are negative reviews isn't really a problem with Nails Pro but a problem with the customers. What exactly was Sunny supposed to do? Magically grow another set of arms so she could do two manicures at a time? I was sitting there patiently waiting and I was kind and friendly while the other woman was mean and horrible. So, anyway, she was gentle, she was friendly, she was quick, and the price was fair.
