UPDATE: To my delight someone did call me from Nails Studio to try and make things right! Her name was Kaitlyn and she was very professional and apologetic for the previous experiences that I mentioned in my earlier post. Kaitlyn offered to re-do my builder gel set and did an amazing job at it! (see last pic) As she worked on my nails, we had a very good conversation. I shared my experiences, she apologized again, and then even shared with me some of the details about how they operate. For instance, they don’t take appointments because they want to be fair to all their clients. They don’t want any clients getting bumped out of cue because of an existing appointment. And, while they don’t take appointments, Kaitlyn shared with me that you can request the stylist you want. You may have to wait a little, but at least you know who you’ll be getting. So, here are a couple of name suggestions: Kaitlyn, Dustin, or Jose. They took great care of me! Kaitlyn also talked about how they’d invested in renovating to accommodate their customers/clients with comfort and style, and I must say, it looks really good in there! So now, this salon I’ve been going to for the past year, that I almost left, has just become my new favorite nail salon! I’m so happy that I didn’t have to start over somewhere new! I thought about removing my original post, but decided not to, because I think that a true sign of a good business is how they treat their customers/clients and how they make amends when poor customer service is rendered. Nails Studio showed me that they care about retaining my business and about their brand. Kaitlyn went out of her way to express that to me and it spoke volumes about who they are as a company. Yep, I’ll be going back. 😉 ——————- I’ve tried to give this Salon the benefit of the doubt over and over and over again. I’ve been a customer for nearly a year now, but rarely receive good customer service. On top of that, for my past three visits, I’ve had to return for repairs each time, for issues with a routine Builder Gel service. My recent Builder Gel service was done on this past Thursday, by this Sunday (3 days later) one of them had completely fallen off and another one is in the process of doing the same. What makes it worse is that I’m flying out of town for a work trip on Monday and won’t have time to get them repaired. I have to travel w/jacked up nails for a professional work trip. It’s Builder Gel, they shouldn’t be falling off like Press On Nails! I do not have time to keep returning for repairs for shoddy service. The guy who did my pedicure was great! I wish he had done my nails, at least he seemed to care about the service he provided. The woman who did my Builder Gel clipped my skin twice, one of which bled, and she never apologized for the mistake. Yet I still paid the $100 owed for the services and gave a tip on top of that! But no more. Customer service still goes a long way, it should be part of the nail salon experience. It’s unfortunate that I don’t get it here. For as badly as I want to return for my nails to he repaired, I don’t think it’s worth it. I feel like I just waisted $100. And the sad part is, even when you leave a concerning review on their post-service survey no one reaches out to you to try and make things right. I suspect this company won’t miss my business; they’re always busy. It seems that lots of people like this salon. I’ve just only ever gotten mediocre service from them, at best. But my past three visits there have been very disappointing. Especially for the amount of money I spend there! I’m hoping and praying that I can find a new salon that treats me with respect and provides me with the quality of service that I deserve as a loyal, paying customer.

I truly love this place! It was my first visit and I’m beyond satisfied with my nails. I’ve never found a salon that meets my expectations like this one. The team is incredibly friendly and the vibe is fun, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I live in Dalton and gladly drive almost an hour to Rome just to come to Nails Studio. I love the atmosphere here, clean, welcoming, and professional. I’ve met other customers from Summerville, Adairsville, Cedartown, even Alabama, and we all agree it’s totally worth the drive. So happy we chose the right place. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The salon is clean, modern, and very relaxing. My nail tech was extremely detailed and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. The shape, the color, and the design came out even better than I expected! You can tell they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. Even though the salon was busy, the wait time wasn’t long at all, and the service was still top-tier. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends. Highly recommend if you’re looking for beautiful nails and great customer service!
