I've come here for all of my important nail moments as a bit of a nail novice. I've entrusted Mako at this nail saloon with vacations, birthdays, my engagement and now my wedding nails. She has always made it an easy experience no matter what nail art I throw at her and executed with ease. Thanks for being apart of my something blue! Book her!

UPDATE: Bumping to 4 stars! After leaving my original review, the salon reached out privately and offered to rectify the issue. It’s been almost a week since getting my pedicure redone, and it is holding up much better this go around! I went to this location nearly a week ago from the time of writing this (my appointment was on Friday, September 5). This was my first time going to this salon brand, and I wanted to splurge for my birthday. As such, I booked the Gel Saloon Pedicure experience. My experience *in* the salon was 5/5 stars. I arrived earlier than my appointment and they graciously fit me in despite being earlier than my scheduled appt time. I received wonderful customer service from start to finish during the pedicure. They even included a little birthday surprise for me, which was really thoughtful! I left happy and satisfied with my pedicure and with the nailsaloon overall. Unfortunately, by the following Monday, I only had five painted toes left (see picture) as all the gel toenail polish had completely come off of half of my toes. On top of my polish starting to completely come off (starting the *following day* from receiving that service) I was also out of town and had no way to revisit the salon to have this rectified. At the time of writing this, it’s the following Thursday, 6 days after my appointment, and I only have the gel polish left on my big toes, despite not having done any form of strenuous activity or been around any materials that would cause my gel polish to come off. While I had a wonderful experience in the salon, I’m very disappointed as this definitely was not worth the 70+ dollars I paid for a “luxury” nail service. Unfortunately, given that my entire pedicure has come off and it has not been even a week since getting them done, I am hesitant to recommend this experience to anyone.

Best customer service, and the gel doesn’t peel off quickly. I’ve tried some other salons in the area, and this one has been the best. They offer coffee, wine, etc with your service, prioritize you as the customer, and communicate well. Example 1: I scheduled an appointment for 11am. I wasn’t able to make it. I called (they picked up right away), and I rescheduled to 1:15pm. When I arrived I realized I had time for a full pedicure, not just gel removal (per my original booking). I asked if they could squeeze in a pedicure, but was understanding if they couldn’t. They were quite busy. The lady asked if I could wait 30mins and they could do it. They even offered me a cappuccino while I waited! They’re understanding of you as a human, that things come up, and they don’t punish you or make you feel guilty when life happens. Of course call if it’s less than 24 hours, don’t do a “no show”, but I’ve never had problems with this in the past. I was also sick in the past, rescheduled less than 24 hours out, and they accommodated easily. Example 2: While doing my pedicure, the lady asked if she could cut, adjust cuticles, etc before doing so. She was gentle with everything. NO DRILLS were used!!! Excellent service and communication!

This is an example of "you get what you pay for." It's pricey, but perfection. I'd say it was in the top 3 best places I've gone for nails in my life. From the comfortable pedicure chairs, to the wide selection of free drinks, to the attention to detail as they cut, filed, and evenly applied the polish. The place was very clean and had a great layout and design. Hana was very friendly and kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the length and shape of my nails. Can't recommend enough.
