I GOT MY FIRST SET OF BIAB NAILS AND I LOVE THEM! The ladies were super lovely, patient and skilful with the care of my nails and cuticles as well as executing the design. They reassured me throughout the process that they are happy to take on feedback and to speak up if I wasn’t happy with how my nails were turning out which i personally appreciated! They have a very warm and welcoming environment as well ! Another plus was that they were able to fit me in for a same-day appointment during the busy Christmas season! Thank you so much ladies xx

I’ve been to so many nail salons over the years, and most of the time the service feels rushed, my cuticles are barely touched, and my nails start looking messy after just a week. I wanted something better, so I spent a long time searching on Instagram until I came across Nailture (formerly Nails4Me). I zoomed in on their work — especially the cuticles and detailing — and knew I had to book. I sent a DM and was surprised to get an immediate response. Booking was quick and easy, and when I needed to change my appointment to the next day, it was done instantly with no issues or penalties. When I arrived on 06/01/2026, I explained how high-street salons often rush and never give my cuticles the care they need. When my old gel and BIAB were removed, we discovered that my once-strong nails had been over-filed by my previous nail tech and had become weak and brittle. After careful cuticle work, Nailture recommended trimming them down and trying Gel-X — something I’d never had before. The application was seamless. I even asked her to choose a design for me, and I absolutely loved what she created. Her attention to detail, precision, and how gently she handled my hands made me an instant loyal customer. Honestly, my nails have never looked this good. I’ve always been a square-nail girl, but the almond shape we chose was stunning. My sister saw them and is booking soon, and I can’t stop filming my nails. A week later they still look freshly done — no lifting, no dullness, just perfect. I can’t wait to come back for more sets this year.

I came here for the first time and I will definitely be coming back again!! Amazing nail salon, staff are super friendly and their service is brilliant. They are fast but also pay great attention to detail and the vibe of the salon is very nice and chilled.

I’ve been coming here for the last couple of months and every time has been fantastic. I’m not the biggest chatter so I enjoy being able to put on Netflix and relax. My infills are always fast and efficient. I ask for design and they are able to recreate my inspo exactly. Price wise, it is well worth what I pay. My nails last 3-4 weeks every time with minor, if any, flaws. This is definitely my recommendation for anyone in Birmingham
