nana along with her entire staff of beautiful women are the kindest souls ive come across. i was welcomed in with a warm hello and given immediate communication on my appointment. the braiding was done gently, with lots of care for my scalp and natural hair. they communicated to me throughout the entire process about how i like the length, look and everything. i felt a bit sick in the near end of my appointment and i got me water and the other lovely ladies checked up on me regularly, put a fan near me and let me take breaks until the appointment was completed! the environment is so loving, warm, full of authenticity and genuine laughter. it was an absolute pleasure to get to meet the staff, they are so sweet and so beautiful inside and out. even the other customers were so kind in our small interactions. the store is also filled with several types, styles and colors of hair, styling tools, products, and much more for your convinence. i am very grateful and happy i found Nana's Braiding ♡ i walked out of the store smiling feeling so confident and beautiful. i will definitely be returning in the future for more styles 💗 THANK Y'ALL!!! 💗
