Had a great experience at Natural Elements! Bought deep tissue massages for my mom and I while we were in town for the holidays. Both massage therapists were very nice and the massages were fabulous. My therapist (Rachel) gave a massage that was very therapeutic and custom to exactly what I needed. I left feeling much better than when I came in. The spa is clean, quiet, and has friendly therapists and staff. I would definitely recommend. It's a great location (inside the "mall" next to the Ski Haus) and has ample parking.

My husband and I were in town from Virginia and decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage. We loved that the massage included cupping, deep tissue work, and hot stones. Our massage therapists were amazing and honestly was one of the best massages I had. They were very communicative in our needs. Our massage experience was a 5/5! We also decided to arrive an hour early for the sauna and cold plunge experience out on the back deck which was an additional $20. The cold plunge tank was very nice and the sauna was great. They have a shower area and provide all needed soaps, robes, slippers, and towels. Only thing I would change is the level of privacy out on the back deck. They have a pergola with a pull down blind over the cold plunge and the sauna has tinted no show applied on the glass. However, felt like it would be more cozy if the back deck had a full size pergola with blinds to feel more secluded. It almost looked like they were in the process of remodeling the space in the back where you can shower, but I didn’t ask. The sauna and cold plunge experience was a 4/5. Besides that, it was a great experience and so glad we did this on our trip!! 🤎

Monika was amazing! I really enjoyed the massage — she was professional, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable. The pressure was perfect, and she checked in with me throughout the session to make sure everything felt right. One of the best massage experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

Paola was so wonderful for my massage and Barb said she had the best therapeutic, and professional massage with Jared. He got knots out that no one has been able to - ever! Highly recommend!!

Paola is amazing! I did the magic mountain body wrap with a hot stone massage, 30 min scalp massage, 30 min add on face massage, and 30 min add on foot scrub with reflexology massage. It was the best 4 hrs of my life! I recommend doing the foot scrub first, then let all the other treatments relax you into total bliss.
