I truly enjoyed my experience today at Natural Look Braiding salon! My appointment was scheduled for 9am, I walked through the door at 8:58am, was greeted, then seated in the chair immediately. Upon being seated, my stylist came over to greet me and got started right away. My stylist was gentle while doing my box braids, but so precise with her parting! Overall this was a great experience, I will definitely be returning, and advise anyone looking for a great braiding salon to try Natural Look!!

This was my first time and I had a lot of questions, they really took the time to listen and assess and recommend. Very very seamless booking process and consultation. I also really want to thank the stylist who did my hair. She also took the time to listen, reassure me throughout the session, answered all my questions and gave the best recommendations for aftercare. She was extremely kind, gentle, and professional. My hair came out better than I could have ever even hoped. It has been over two months and my breads still look good, I just booked another appointment for next weekend. Thank you so much!

This was the best experience I’ve had with braiding salons. The scheduling process was easy. You can call and get an immediate response. I did not catch the lady’s name that did my braids, but she was so nice, professional and concerned with what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. Exceptional job.

They are always pretty good with their service, but this time I did not receive the experience I usually do with the wash add-on. The water was extremely cold ( I asked for warmer water, but they were having an issue with it recently) . I also did not receive the steaming process when applying the conditioner and combing out my hair. I believe they sprayed a heat protectant, but just not the usual product applied after the conditioning that I had been use to receiving. But still overall good! Just some feedback to be aware of for future employees that may be doing the wash, that they are knowledge of what is included during the wash and the process. Thanks for the service!
