New Beginnings is an absolute gem! Laura gave me an amazing wash, deep condition, and detangle — she’s so warm, welcoming, and professional. My hair felt incredible afterward. And Togia - master stylist gave me a flawless me cut. You can tell she truly understands natural Black hair. The salon itself is gorgeous and luxurious, with a great atmosphere (plus a whole café!) — and it’s right in the neighborhood. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I had the pleasure of visiting Natural Masters yesterday, and I can’t sing its praises enough! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel welcomed. The decor was boho chic,—with lots of live green plants. The hair care service was nothing short of exceptional. Natural Masters took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offering expert advice and suggestions tailored to my hair type. I left not only with a gorgeous haircut but also with a wealth of knowledge on how to maintain it. The products they used were high-quality and left my hair feeling revitalized and healthy. To top it all off, the healthy food options available were a delightful surprise! I indulged in a fresh greens salad topped with a delicious serving of jerk chicken. I also enjoyed a freshly pressed (on site) juice using fresh ingredients. This was served while I was sitting under the hair dryer which allowed me to keep my schedule for the hair service. It's rare to find a salon that offers such a fantastic cafe experience alongside top-notch hair care. Overall, Natural Masters is a hidden gem that deserves all the accolades. If you’re looking for a place that combines outstanding hair care with a healthy dining option in a restful atmosphere, look no further. I can’t wait to return.

Where do I begin? I absolutely love this salon — “love” is honestly an understatement. First, Ms. Pauline is the heart of the space. She carries herself with such regal elegance and truly cares about every client who walks through the door. She greets everyone personally and checks in with you like family. One time I had to leave early for another commitment, and she even called me afterward just to make sure everything was okay. She always asks about my family — especially my mom — and that level of care means a lot. Togia is hands down one of the best stylists I’ve ever come across. She truly knows hair. I’m not someone who experiments much, but I trust her completely. Because of Togia, I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried both color and a weave — and it came out fabulous. She also takes the time to educate you on the importance of caring for your natural hair and recommends what genuinely works for you. That expertise and honesty are rare. Hermina, Moe, and Tali are also amazing. If I need something quick like an in-and-out style or flat twists, I’m in Moe’s chair. For coils or a color touch-up, Hermina is my go-to. And whenever I want inspiration for something new, I just look at whatever style Tali is rocking — she always looks great. I also have to highlight the front desk. Leona is professional, patient, and incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling. She really sets the tone for the entire experience. The ambiance of the salon is another bonus. While you wait, you can even order delicious, healthy food. They don’t just care about your hair — they care about your overall wellness. I’ve been traveling from South Jersey for the past three years just to come here, and that should tell you everything. If you’re looking for a salon that prioritizes healthy hair, education, and genuine care for clients, this is the place. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I hope this helps someone on their hair journey.

I am first time customer and really enjoyed my appointment. I booked a consultation and with the stylists recommendation we decided on a flat twist pop out style. The stylists washed, conditioned, trim and styled my hair beautifully. They use only high quality products which made my scalp and hair feel amazing and they all smell really good. I really like that the stylists tell you what they are about to do and about the products they are using. The stylists here were very professional and kind. They aim to ensure you are completely satisfied every step of the way. The salon is very clean, beautifully designed and peaceful. Upstairs there is a cafe which added a great touch to my salon visit.
