I started going to Navs about a year ago now and she never disappoints!! There are many salons on soho road so at first I was very sceptical but everyone raves about Navs salon so I decided to try it myself! I get fully body waxing and eyebrows done from Nav - technique is amazing, takes her time and reassures you every step of the way and honestly very efficient ( no wasting time). Eyebrows always end up looking so amazing and Nav takes her time to follow my shape and ensures she doesn’t take off more hair than needed. Every other salon I’ve been too either take to much or don’t bother following my natural shape or even listening to what I want. I always ask for wax - and that’s exactly what I get. Nav extremely professional she is knowledgeable and informs you every step of the treatment. Nav answers any questions you have honestly too. The salon itself is clean, warm and tidy. Nav is flexible with seen times & goes out of her way to try and accommodate ( I usually message her directly through WhatsApp and book an appointment so I won’t be disappointed as she gets full very quickly). Nav is a lovely person, such a bright and loving personality which makes the treatments so much more enjoyable ( I honestly don’t feel the pain anymore because are too busy chatting lol)! The prices are fair and you can pay through cash, debit / transfer. Nav really goes out of her way to provide the best service for her clients whilst remaining honest and supporting clients to make choices that are good and beneficial for them - Nav will not sell you products nor charge you more / take money if she feels a service or treatment is not right for you. Most business don’t bother and want the money! Honestly if you do want a great experience and results then do give Navs salon a visit!

I have been coming here for past year for waxing, now I only use this salon. Nav is so gentle, patient and understanding. Her wax is really good, makes hair softer, less. Also body scrub, next I will do massage. Nav is really good. Definitely recommend xx

it was mine and my sister's first time ever getting our eyebrows done and they were shaped to perfection! nav was really careful and took her time with all of us including my mum and my other sister who got their eyebrows threaded and faces waxed 🥰

This is first time I attended session with ma'am. She is very kind, professional and made me feel comfortable. She treated me very well. Gave attention to minute details, and did haircut exactly as per my expectations. I am feeling confident after the haircut. I will definitely attended her next session and I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much Ma'am. 😊

I usually don't do reviews. But I have to agree that this is the best service one can get under £40. To be more specific who did my facial is really expert at it and knows how to do her job really well. She is a humble lady and paid attention to details of my problems. She massaged my face really well, exfoliated, removed black heads and white heads with extra care and made sure i was okay through the whole time. She did take her time and really did hell of a job. After the facial, my face feels so fresh and light and specially there was no blackheads. There is not a lot of people who provides service like this and massage like this. I had been to ao many parlours but this parlour's service was the best.
