I had such a great experience at this med spa, especially with Jessenia. She did PRF for my under-eyes and made the entire process feel comfortable, professional, and personalized. What I truly appreciated is her eye for detail and her honest, subtle approach. She takes the time to really assess what you need and makes thoughtful recommendations. You can tell she genuinely cares about natural, beautiful results and about her clients feeling confident. Jessenia is incredibly skilled, gentle, and knowledgeable…a true artist and a great injector. I felt completely at ease in her hands and I’m already loving my results. I cannot say enough good things about this place or this team. Chloe has completely transformed my skin—she put me on a skincare routine that actually works, and my facials have been nothing short of amazing. My skin has never looked or felt better. Billy is a true artist. Period. His injectable work is flawless, natural, and so well done that I get compliments all the time. Megan was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I was honestly pretty nervous going in because I had never had any treatments done on my face before. She immediately put me at ease with her knowledge, professionalism, and the way she thoroughly explained everything. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted to achieve and thoughtfully guided me through the best options to get there. We decided on IPL, Morpheus8, and Cool Peel, and I felt completely confident in the plan we created together. During the treatments, Megan was amazing. She walked me through each step, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and checked in consistently to ensure I was feeling good. Her calm, reassuring demeanor made such a difference, especially since I was initially nervous. I left feeling not only excited about my results, but also so glad I trusted her with my skin. Chloe is amazing! I came in for a hydrafacial and left with glowing, luminous skin. She is extremely knowledgeable and put together a treatment plans to meet my skin goals. Nicole is also so sweet at the front desk, I definitely felt pampered the moment I walked in. Lastly, the design of the spa is drop dead gorgeous. An overall amazing experience. I already have my next appointment scheduled!
