I found my new (online) beauty supply store! You know it really means a lot to be able to go into a beauty supply store and need help finding the best products, but those people only want to make a sale/ are not knowledgeable about the products they sell. Well not Nelly's Beauty, guys! Naylene was super helpful when I contacted her about what was happening with my order. She took the time to find out what was going on with my order, referred other products for my curls and really took interest in helping me out. We need more people like her who care. Thanks again!

Exceptional experience at Nelly’s Beauty Paradise! Got my braids removed, hair colored, and hair trimmed and the experience at Nelly’s Beauty Paradise was exceptional from start to finish. The owner Nelly and assistant Zyleena were professional, incredibly welcoming, awesome, and great to talk too. They took the time to consult with me about my preferences and offered expert advice. The salon's ambiance was serene and spotlessly clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I left the salon feeling like a million bucks, and I've received numerous compliments on my new look. I highly recommend Nelly’s Beauty Paradise to anyone looking for an outstanding experience!
