I love going to this place as it feels like being among family or friends. Very lovely atmosphere and Amy is my favourite hairdresser there. She is great. I never put up a review but i had to come say a very big thankyou to gillian! She did my haircut yesterday oh my god absolutely stunning she gave exactly what i wanted and also helped me with her honest reviews on how it would look like. I got so many compliments after the haircut and i feel so so good absolutely amazing! The lady who shampooed my hair was also so kind love the service would go back again!

Thank you Amy!!! - I had a great experience with Amy at Neo Hairdressing. I went in wanting a cut and was unsure whether to go for highlights or balayage (with my jet black hair) From the consultation, Amy made me feel really comfortable and took the time to listen while also offering expert advice on what would work best for my hair type. I felt in safe hands throughout the whole appointment, and I’m really pleased with the results. I’ll definitely be booking in with her again!

Amy gave me a great classic-style men’s medium-length haircut. My hair looks great and I don’t feel the need to mess with it because it just looks well balanced. It’s pretty much the perfect cut, where I literally don’t feel like I need a few weeks for it to grow out and look natural again. I walked out feeling genuinely content with my hair, which basically never happens, ever. She did some really nice texture and layering for the front, and then a gentle taper for the back and sides. There’s a perfect weight as the hair at the front falls back to the sides, not too short/thin there and not too heavy/thick just well tapered. She definitely knows what she’s doing. It was easy to talk to her and I felt I was in good hands to be able to say exactly what I wanted. I suggested a straight line for the bottom of the back but she recommended a slight rounding at the sides as well which is more of a natural look. She’s also cut a lot of Korean men’s hair similar to mine so that was a bonus! Will see how it grows out but I have a feeling the haircut will have a good life, in which case I’ll probably come back. For £30, it is a bit more than you can technically do elsewhere but to get a scissors-only cut and to be happier with the haircut than I have been with some other more expensive places, I do feel like it’s been great value for money. If you’re looking for a good quality classic men’s haircut and are trying to avoid barbers who only really do fades with clippers then this is as good a place as any in my book.
