Annamarie Bray is the best at coloring. My daughter found a video on YouTube and I sent her a picture saying "this is what my daughter wants" thinking she'd say it wouldn't work. I could literally gush over Neons all day. These people are literally incredible! Strong barbers, modern techniques, and fair pricing. The owners do so much good in the community with their annual backpack drive cuts for smiles and they are just so kind. I hands down recommend Neons!
