The owner, James Mclaughlin, did my 10th and 11th tattoo, 22 years after he did my very first tattoo. He is awesome to work with. I sent in my design, he made the stencil, and the tattoos are perfect! I spent the amount shown below on both tattoos.

Went for a reworking and finish up a chest piece that I have had in mind for years. The ladies that work at the shop were super nice and helpful. James was my artist, and made the design better than I could have even imagined. He was so quick and efficient also. “Painless” really comes into play when the rougher parts are over so fast. Will definitely recommend, and be back for more work. Great quality work and I am so happy I made the right choice to fix my chest and make it something I’m proud of showing.

I had the best time. As, I am from Upstate NY. This was my first time here at James shop. He was extremely helpful, courteous, professional, but most of all he accomplished what I was looking for with outstanding results. His shop was amazing. Extremely clean, organized, clutter free but most of all I felt comfortable. Everyone working in the shop was on point! Loved the Vibe and plan on more work getting done.

I recently got a flower tattoo on my left shoulder at New Image, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. The artist really took their time to bring my vision to life, ensuring every detail was perfect. The design is stunning and exactly what I was hoping for! The atmosphere in the shop was relaxed and welcoming, which made the actual tattooing process enjoyable. If you're looking for a talented and professional tattoo shop, I highly recommend New Image. They exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to go back for my next tattoo!
